RETURNS

Due to COVID-19, we have now extended our RETURNS period from 14 days to 45 days, as it may take longer for you to return your goods back to us. 

If you're not happy with your Penny for any reason, you can return your board to us within 45 days of receipt for a full refund (excluding original shipping cost) if it's in a saleable, unused condition. We are unable to accept exchanges - orders should be returned and re-placed.

We will only accept an item as faulty if there is a manufacturing fault. This does not include decks damaged due to skating error. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by misuse.

If you think you have a manufacturing fault, please email us photos before returning it, as we can assess many boards through this process and avoid sending it back unnecessarily. We will only process the refund if we deem the item as faulty.

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. We suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service to ensure the parcel is tracked and insured. All parcels are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them. We have extended our returns period due to COVID-19 but if you have any issues with returns due to local lockdowns, please email pennycustomercare@shiner.co.uk
