RETURNS

If you're not happy with your Penny for any reason, you can return your board to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund if it's in a saleable, unused condition. We are unable to accept exchanges - orders should be returned and re-placed.

We will only accept an item as faulty if there is a manufacturing fault. This does not include decks damaged due to skating error. We cannot take responsibility for any damage caused by misuse.

If you think you have a manufacturing fault, please email us photos before returning it, as we can assess many boards through this process and avoid sending it back unnecessarily. We will only process the refund if we deem the item as faulty.

Customers are accountable for return shipping charges. We suggest using a recorded or signed for delivery service to ensure the parcel is tracked and insured. All parcels are the customer’s responsibility until we receive them.

CHRISTMAS RETURNS

Our returns policy has been extended for Christmas 2019. Orders placed from 01 November 2019 - 24 December 2019 can be returned up until 31 January 2020, for a full refund back to your original payment method. Please contact our Returns Department pennycustomercare@shiner.co.uk for more information.
